While You Wait
Assessment & Safety Check

- Pre-booked 30 minute appointment
- “M check” full bike assessment & safety check
- Report of findings & recommendations of any further works
- Free tea/coffee while you wait
- Price deducted from service if further work is agreed
Standard Service
1.5hrs
£50
- “M check” full bike assessment & safety check
- Tyres inflated
- Wheels trued
- Brakes adjusted
- Gears indexed
- Bearings checked & adjusted as appropriate
- Report of bike condition & work completed, any recommendations for further/future work
- Option to upgrade to Full Service as required if further work is agreed
- (labour charge only, parts charged extra as agreed)
Full Service
3hrs
£125
- As per Standard Service plus
- Full transmission removed and thorough degrease, new parts fitted as agreed, includes new stainless inner gear cable (upgrades available at extra cost) & new chain joining pin/link if necessary
- Brakes serviced as appropriate (hydraulic pistons lubed/brake pivots cleaned & greased)
- Freehub service, pawls & springs cleaned & greased
- (labour charge only, parts charged extra as agreed unless stated)
Major Service
4hrs+
£175
- As per Full Service plus:
- Hub bearing replacement as necessary
- Bottom bracket/bearing replacement as necessary
- Headset bearing replacement as necessary - NOTE internal headset routing may incur additional charges depending on complexities, these will be advised in advance
- Tubeless tyre clean out & sealant refresh (sealant etc charged as extra)
- (labour charge only, parts charged extra as agreed unless stated)
E-bike Servicing
We only work on UK approved e-bikes that conform to all current standards & restrictions such as:
- 250 Watt max motor power
- 25 Kph max assistance
- Pedal assist only, no throttles
We do not work on Amazon bikes, converted bikes or any e-bikes that have been “chipped”, “tuned” or derestricted.
We offer diagnostics & software updates on the following brands of e-bike systems:
- Bosch
- Shimano
- TQ
- Hyena
E-bike servicing will incur a minimum surcharge of £15 on top of our regular service prices which covers a pre & post service diagnostics test any software updates & a customer report, additional charges may be incurred due to the additional complexities of some e-bike cable routings etc caused by the batteries & motors, please ensure any battery lock keys are with the bike.
